Locations of Early American University Park Houses

In 1896, John D. Croissant and David D. Stone platted American University Park, an area of 54.367 acres. A first addition followed in 1897.

This interactive map shows the original houses of the American University Park subdivision (built 1897-1911) as well as four houses that pre-date the subdivision (approx. 1850-1878).

Additional information about the homes is available under “Residences” and “American University Park”.
