Tenleytown Reference Collection at Tenley Friendship Library

In 2012, Tenleytown Historical Society worked with library staff to establish a local history reference collection. THS and others contributed materials on archeology, specific sites, and on subjects relevant to local history including its 2003 Survey and Judith Helm’s Tenleytown, DC: Country Village into City Neighborhood, which is the starting point for research on Tenleytown history. Resources are available by consulting an adult librarian on the second floor.
