4425 Alton Place, NW Washington, D. C.
- Year Built: 1907
- Built By: James H. Robey

James H. Robey built 4425 Alton Place in 1907, a three year interval after the construction of 4443 and 4447.
James H. Robey worked as a carpenter, painter and contractor with Robey Brothers.
Like his brother, Fred, he was a past master of the Singleton Lodge, and a member of Eldbrooke Church.
Unlike Fred, James H. Robey moved away from Robeyville, first to Wisconsin Avenue and then to the 4300 block of Chesapeake Street.
